Account Manager - Voice
We are looking for an Account Manager who has field sales or client facing account management experience within the IT or Telecoms industry, and experience within the SME marketplace.
The role is to develop new and existing business opportunities through our client’s reseller channel and provide a professional, commercial interface with customers.
To pro-actively and in a timely fashion, manage the sales process from appointment to receipt of order and respond to requirements from existing Spitfire customers & establish relationships with new customers in order to maximise the opportunities.
The candidate also has to conduct needs analysis with prospects to establish selling opportunities for present and future needs and to actively sell Pineapple products & services in line with specified sales objectives.
Requirements include Sales/Technical Sales/Account Management background, with experience of data/voice solutions and network services being essential. Knowledge of LAN’s, WAN’s, DSL, routing (Cisco) & VOIP is desirable with a genuine passion for technology!
